I'm wondering if just a standard max torque clutch is ok to spin around 7000rpm with or will it not hold up to the power?

Contact Jim Donovan at Max Torque clutches. Extremely knowledgable and one heck of a nice guy. He can set you up with the right clutch for your engine and use.
