What have i got?

Hello I recently acquired this vintage mini bike, I have been trying for the last several days to Identify exactly what it is for the purpose of restoring it. it's clearly had a few hands on it, and the poorly welded brackets appears to be an attempt at fitting a mini moto engine. it does not appear to have any identifying marks, serial numbers or vin numbers.

It looks like it may be a Steen to me.
I could not find anything that matches when searching, the frames do have some similarities, but looking closely their are some differences. I have also be told it may be a rupp, but i could not find a match for that either. thanks for the reply.

I probably should have worded that differently. Wasn’t meant to annoy anyone. I watch Top Gear and knew right away what that car was. As to the possibility of that bike being a Yamaha I have a 1980 gt 80 and it does look pretty similar. I will help investigate if you would like. I don’t know if you have a Yamaha nearby or if you’re going off web pictures. If you need closeups I could provide them.

I have no idea, it's an automatic or semi auto based on both brakes being on the handle bars. I do wonder if it's some old Chinese copy of something. And the car is mine, one of two I own.
