Any thoughts on what make and model this frame is now that we can see it better ?

But I can't find and pictures of any with this style handlebars.
Suppose they have been swapped on off of something else ?

Are you going to try and do something with it or sell it or part it out. I would be interested in some of the parts as I have a similar one missing parts
