What is it? Very blurry picture...

I had this minibile 45 years ago. It is the only picture I have of it. The original picture is very blurry. It was taken in 1971 with a poor camera and and unsteady hand (mine).
Is there any way you guys can recognize what it is?
Yes, I know, the rack and trail are all wrong but let's look past the bad bent tweaked stuff and figure out what this is.

I'm pretty sure that is the bike that I needed an engine for. I took a vertical shaft lawn mower engine and turned it sideways. I used the cover from a horizontal engine and just added angle iron L brackets to the case. I think I put an oil slinger on it too.
It ran good and I sold it. I do remember it not handling well at speed so I kept the governor on to make it rideable. Poor handling no doubt because of tweaked front end...
