Looks like an old go-kart belt torque converter to me, followed by a jackshaft. Kinda stupid, except they probably need it since it's so long, and the engine is so far forward

nah.. it's listed on CL and thats all he posted..$100 though.

I think it be a mortified tote gote frame. You can see it looks like a gote if you look long enough.
