What is this curbside find?

Hi everyone, have not posted in a long time but I just found this minibike roller in the trash in my neighbourhood, still cant believe what people will throw out, thanks guys!

Its a Taiwanese built. now what name it is is almost impossible to know unless there is a decal on the fork plate. And these are well built bikes.:thumbsup:
It could be the Keystone name.

That pic did not load up the first time, nice pic of that Keystone mini. Would like to restore but it is to small for my six foot four lank body, lol
