The bike is a Rupp roadster 2 or possibly a variant that JC penney sold called a Swinger Trail ( note the tires) Tank and seat are Kawi, the engine is a tecumseh, but looks to be or at least have later design and inccorect parts for that particular model so its problaby not original to the bike.
