The shape of the frame. The cross straps on the rear where the axle mounts are + the way the bottom of the frame comes together at the foot pegs. Plus, the forks look like early Arco

That is like asking the great Italian singer Luciano Pavarotti "How do you sing like that?" - LOL

That's awesome. Only thing I notice different is the way it comes together under the seat. Does that matter for who built it?

The scrub brake on the right side threw me off.....Looks like the top one on the second add .
Sometimes it's weird to see how much they changed their designs over the year while keeping a lot of the details the same. I knew it was an ARCO. It was just a matter of figuring out which era it was from.
