I've seen guys talk about Wheel Wobble in some resent threads.
I Did a OldMiniBikes search and saw many threads about the matter.
Knowing many factors cause this problem.
Type of rim, tread design, ply of tire as well as other factors.
If you would chime in and explain Your problem and how you fixed it ??
I'll start with my story.
I had a Columbia Tri-Sport, with a Masive mod engine installed. 340cc / 2 stroke / 35hp engine
My first run I had a High speed wobble at the front wheel, other problems were wheelie's at the start out and a FAST run, also proved to be too much for a cable brake caliper, as it snaped the caliper in half first shot.
I was not sure what to do about the wobble as I found it to be a tread pattern problem.
I took the wheel in to have it filled with Calcium Chloride. This will make the wheel heavier.
1) By doing so, the trike did not wheelie any more..
2) I replaced the rear brake caliped with Motorcycle disc brake.
Took it for its test run and everything was perfect !
3) Filling the tire with calcium chloride, it took care of the Wobble as well !!
Later finding out this tire filling, is also a Truck Drivers Tire trick as well, when it comes to tire balancing.
With a large truck tire they would put in a gallon of anti-freeze before sealing up the tire with air.
Centrifugal force would displace the fluid to where it is needed, thus balancing the tire.
So by filling my tire with calcium chloride, I cured my wobble problem.
What was your Wobble problem ? and How did you fix it ?
