I use a teeny tiny master cyl and a little caliper on my RCF microbike and it stops on a dime with one finger on the lever. All that kart stuff just seems too big to fit snug. I lean towards pit bike brakes on evilbay. Cheap!

I like the lack of air filter too. We see this a LOT on mini bikes and small engines for sale. Quite alarming...

i run dirt injection in most all my minibikes. But they are never in the dirt, just street and grass. Dellortos are good with dirt.

where do you come up with 40hp? Looks like a pair of mc91. even the 101 was only rated at 12.5 hp @ 9000 rpm.

I have used those as well. They work great except the pads are tiny. Not sure if the pads are available separately or not.
