Our fourth project bike, picked up and old frame on eBay and shipped it to Hawaii, my son used it for a school project, he designed and custom installed a foot scrub brake on the frame. The school wouldn't let us mount the motor on it for liability reasons, but it worked fine as a roller and he passed. Good thing, once we powered it up, your bare feet on the blacktop would stop that thing better than that scrub brake! It also had a hand/clutch brake.
