Just got a Cheeftah with Stellar frame, has the cat decal on the front, green color frame and engine with what I think is the original Clinton engine #404-0100-174. Would you know the horsepower rating? As near As I can tell from Clinton records it may be a 2.5, previous Owner thought it was 4 HP. I appreciate any info very much. 
After looking around, I think I need Clinton A400 with a clockwise rotation when looking at output shaft. Do you know of any around?
Did Clinton make any counter rotating motors? (clockwise when looking at shaft) -
