Odd exhaust pipe

Just picked this NOS pipe up and have no idea what it is for. Anyone know?

Looks like it may have glass packing in it? Maybe moped?

Is that clamp at the end spray painted or chrome like the rest of the pipe? Hard to tell from the picture. Clamp looks added to fit something other than its original design and its saw cut. Most manufacturers use a bolted flange for fitment. Is odd but im sure somebody had did have something in mind for it.

I think it might be missing the heat shielding

It reminds me of the exhaust pipe on my Gemini Scramber B-4, but it's not as the Gemini exhaust is on the left side of the bike whereas that looks like a right side mount.

The clamp bolt appears to be welded.

Figured out what it's for.
1972 Chapparal T-172 Bullet.
There is a elbow that is bolted to the Tecumseh exhaust port that the pipe attaches to.

Is that pipe for sale?
I like to keep things like those, just in case I need it, later.
