Hello The Tri-Sports used a axle that was tapped on each end You need to put a solvent like WD-40 on the axle where it passes through the front end loop and every where there is a crack where rust can made it a pain in the Butt. And with a hammer drive the loosened bolt out of the front end loop and then with a smaller long punch knock it out of the wheel and bearings. Use anti-seize compound when you put it all back together.
Good luck sure can't hurt.
