bars???

Cleaning out my dads garage today, I came upon these handel bars. My dad use to make me mini bikes 40+years ago so they are old!!! One is in really good condition and the other has been rewelded, and has a different size opening???:out: Any clue what these bars are from??:shrug: Thanks everyone.
