I noticed that purchasing a BSP Clone engine complete with flywheel is cheaper than building a 212 Predator Hemi with comparable parts. Apparently it also does not need assembled except for installing the flywheel.... Anyone out there with an opinion on these engines? I'm just interested in...

I just bought a predator 212cc engine for $100 and put a OldMiniBikes stage 1 kit and billit flywheel on it. THEN I read about the BSP 196cc engine also from OldMiniBikes. Sounds like a much better engine for around the same money. Anybody know any HP stats on these rwo motors with the stage 1 kit added

I'd like to keep the light on the bike, not sure if the box stock engine will have the mounting holes for the coils...tried to call OldMiniBikes direct, they didn't know. Thanks for quick answer, have flywheel off...ready to pull coils

I saw this in the OMBW..... Has anyone out there used one of these before? Will the billet steel flywheel be adequate for all-around riding? Or should I get the aluminum one? I'm not going to race it,just put it in my Azusa or something. How much more powerful is it than a stock 212cc...
