I have abused Briggs 5hp Fun Power engine I am trying to get running. After I got the valves out (wasn't easy, another thread) I noticed the end of the valve stem that rests in the keeper was badly worn. 1st I thought should toss the valve, because excess wear could effect valve lash. But...
