I have a grey HS50 that I'm putting in a Keystone and the plastic tank hits the frame, do the smaller engines have smaller tanks? I need about 1/2" more clearance.

Here are some pictures of tires off my Sears minibike. They need to be replaced. I assume they are tubeless. Can I buy any tires as long as they are the same size? Do they have to be tubeless tires? The rims are one piece. Thanks for your help.
