thermal

just got my pipes back from the coater and got the engine assembled. Cost me $70 for both coated with ceramachrome 1200* thermal coating inside and out.

I broke it, anyone know where I can pick one up? Found an owners manual online with part # 830567 (knob) listed but it doesn't look like Thermal Arc makes the dragster 80 or sells parts for them any longer. Either that or I'm just too stoopid too find it. These things only go for 50...

I've always wanted to try this on an air cooled engine of some kind. I think it looks sexy as well as being functional. But...you guys aren't using it already and neither are the VW or air cooled bike crowds (at least visibly, anyway.) I'll be happy to try it on the clone if no one has done it...
