100 Foot Illegal Minibike Drags Sun Nov 15th @ 11am, Racing at High Noon

#23
I would assume the illegal nature of the race has eveyone prepared to bolt at the first site of a cop car.
He's the first one who expressed interest in selling.
I will say this, there are definitely people who show up who don't have bikes that want to build one. You guys know how it is, once you see how fun they are, how can you refuse? lol

So a roller or a runner would def sell, not sure about parts but probably, you never know.

Weather is supposed to be in the 50s and dry, looking forward to it seems like my clutch issue is worked out.

And Joe I still can't believe you run such a high ratio and RPM that is nuts man
But it definitely works your bike is killer.

Well not too many people showed up for this event, plus we got kicked out of the spot by a guy who apparently "owned the entire street" which was bull sh..... Not only was the guy a wicked dick about it, but he then came to the new spot around the corner from where he kicked us out from, and tried to hang out with us. The nerve of the guy what a jerk!
The new spot was ok but the surface left a lot to be desired. I could not hook at all I immediately blew the tire right off. It was frustrating since last week my bike was performing at its best. I changed absolutely nothing on the bike and it rode like it was a completely different bike.
My Dad and Joe Lanni made some good runs, but they were spinning too, I think this space needs prep. Then Joe lost a wheelie bar wheel, and my Dad had fuel issues, everyone had problems but it was still a fun time thanks so much to everyone who made it out today!

There was talk of more races this year but if this is how my bike is going to handle, then I need to redesign my brake rotor and design a jackshaft. Either that or find a 12" tall performance tire that would help immensely.

Is there any more interest in racing this year or is that it?

Thanks
