195? Jacobson

I picked up a pair of old Jacobson 2 strokes in Windber from Not So Mini Bike , I also got Fuji Go Devil roller

I hope to fit a Jacobson in the frame as the original Fuji engines are rare

This is the first start fresh gas but orginal plug , didn't even check the carb lol

It seems to run great , the next step is to make a shaft adaptor for the clutch , its an odd size 11/16 diam and stubby
The belt v belt clutch I picked up is 1" so the lathe work will be fairly easy

The other hurdle is to make a 90 degree manifold for a small mikuni carb (z50 or similar) so the engine can run in the upright position

My original plan was to convert it to reverse rotation to match the original jackshaft but I am going to flip the swing arm and swap ends on the jackshaft

It runs great! Also, if someone gives you any hassle while riding, you can knock them out with the pull start rope weapon. :thumbsup:
