I have a 1972 Roadster sitting in my garage for some time,

It is in great shape but needs some work, I bought a replacment engine for it and installed it, I let the kid run it for a little while but they don't have much interest in keeping it. My wife is telling me to get rid of it, she is tired of looking at it.

My question is what is it worth and what should I ask for it.

No I don't have the orginal engine. I though a rod in it when I was 13

To bad it don't have the original engine, But I will say, it is still in better shape then the one I paid 250 for on ebay.
