#35 chain, get yourself 5 ft and you should have enough to go from sprocket to clutch. cut to fit and use master link.

throw some pics up when you get a chance, we always like to see what folks are workin on. I have 3 manco t birds myself (un started projects) and a bird engineerin t bird which is very similar. They are pretty cool bikes.

Will do! Its burried in the back of my garage but once I get chain I will post. I received the bike as a 13-14 y o new, now 56...so its been sitting a while since chain broke after carb rebuild. My buddy rebuilt carb, painted rims and fenders about 8y ago. Other than that, its original. Many good memories on it. Now its time for grandaughter to ride it.

that's cool that you saved you minibike from when you were young , i wish i still had mine i think i sold it for $10. or $20. bucks
