2 10" wheels ans tires

im looking to get rid of this set of wheels. 2 10" wheels with decent tires, drum brake and sprocket on one of the wheels. there is a lil surface rust on the wheels but can easily be cleaned up. they have been sitting in my basement collecting dust, i have no use for them and im sure someone out there can put good use to them. im asking $40 plus shipping for both. im in Rhode Island

can you stand the wheels upright and take a pic. of the hubs? what is the name on the hubs? a pic. of the brake assembly the other side, what size is the brake drum? across measurement

If these are still for sale, could you please provide all the dimensions?
-rim diameters
-tire diameters
-shaft sizes
-hub width
-sprocket size (tooth quantity and chain size)
