:D If that's not the problem, check for a kinked fuel line. If the line's not the problem, those fuel tank outlet fittings should have a little plastic screen in the tank that can get gummed up over time.

Since you're using a fuel filter, if that screen is the issue i'd just cut it off. Just make sure you don't have any crap in the tank to block the line. Worst case scenario, gas tanks are pretty cheap.
So are those fittings. Same thing if it's an on/off valve at the tank.

Make sure you don't have a vacumn lock. Sometimes the caps go bad and don't allow atmospheric pressure to push the fuel. This happened on a lawnmower of mine . Drove me crazy until I thought about that as a potential problem. I drlled a tiny hole in the cap and it ran. Take the cap off and see if it runs.
