Hey Rick , I have the disc brake pads and I also have white cables:thumbsup:

Zinc plating is easy, I picked up a small hobbyist kit from Eastwood that works good on small parts, I'm sure someone with your skillset can handle it.

I went out into the shed and found a H35 rear exhaust. Side poppers were 2.5 hp. Thinking about the rear exhaust and not having to worry about someone getting burnt from exhaust on side of motor. 1970 H35 minibike correct motor. I will open it up and see what it looks like. I wrote runs on cover so we will see.

I have long chain guard from a 3600 lil rough but it's orig tried selling on eBay but no luck I'm not gonna use it so if it's needed send me an address

I figured that's the seat u were taking about. Good choice for a raffle bike hopefully someone who doesn't have a bike ends up w it I know I loved riding mine!

I'm thinking this bike used to be a suspended bike like mine was. It has the shock mount holes by the rear axel but looks like someone cut off the 90degree tabs off each side of the forward seat brace?

The shock mounting holes were never used. It had all the original paint still on it. The frame and seat mount plates are very clean from being covered up from seat on it
