This is such a great build!
I built a very similar bike except I have a small block flathead but I use the Polar clutch also.
Your bike is way nicer than mine though. I only use Digatron, kinda obsolete lmao
One thing I will say is that the Polar clutch, when adjusted properly will launch harder than a centri clutch
At least this is my experience.
