It needs a new oil......? Change? If so, take out that little square bolt on the bottom front or back of the block and drain your oil, replace the bolt/plug, and put in your oil. Simple.

Yep pretty straight forward on that one. Use 30 wt oil to replace. About 3/4 of a quart or just to the bottom of the threaded part where you put the oil in.

and make sure you dispose of the used oil properly. I heard of a guy that used to dump his old oil behind his garage. It wasn't a problem until he tried to sell his house, it cost him a small fortune to pay for the fines and to have it cleaned up.
