'66 Rupp Continental Frame

Selling a 1966 Rupp Continental frame.

Barn fresh. Needs complete restoration.

Lower inner forks turn slightly, but do not go up and down.
Rear shocks are frozen solid.

Very salvageable frame, just not by me.

Asking $65
PayPal, USPS money order or cash.

Prefer not to ship, but will at owners expense.
