8 inch wheels on a db whos done it?

im thinking about lifting the db and butting bigger tires on it, right now im looking at 8 inch trailer wheels with 16.5-20 inch tires im not sure on that part yet. live axil in the rear. put bearing hangers under the frame, and get a new fork and stretch it out to level out the bike and then put some bar clamps on it and some bmx bars.

so, whos done any thing like this? what size tires did yall use?

Well, looks like no one so far.
The stock DB30 tires are 14.5" Tall, making for good speeds with the right engine/clutch combo.:thumbsup:

Why would you go to 8" wheels?

because im trying to put bigger tires and a 200cc motorcycle engine in it. and i want something speed rated.

OK, That's what I was looking to do.

I think there is a bigger selection of 10" rims & tires available online.

Tires with speed ratings makes me feel safe.
