doodlebug engine it is old put away dirty. i cleaned it . i do have the plastic clutch cover but one of the holes were you put the bolt in is broke... i do not know if it runs it turns over. dont know much about these engines dont wanna know much about them. includes the clutch!!!! and the lil engine mount. the pullstart handle has been broken too but still may work.
