AGK Customer Service

They screwed -up an order-missing parts ,I have e-mailed them,and tried to call them for 2 days,and no response,nothing bugs me more than poor customer service,they take the cake on rudeness.like pulling teeth to get a reply from,I will take my bussiness elsewhere from now on.:angry:

This was there reply after three days

We've been closed the last two days so we could take care of some R&D at our fabricators shop. We'll be in our shop in the morning and we'll take of the chainguard for you. Thanks-----------------------------------------------------

If that was the case why not put a note on there website?
If you are running a bussiness does it not make sense at least have someone there to answer the phone or have a recording to let your customers know that you are closed.It amazes how these places stay in bussiness,I am old school and your customers come first ,cause without them you have no bussiness,I have seen more than one place close due rudeness and lack of care for customers .Especially in these hard economic times.:shrug::shrug:
