Nope. They tend to run lean from the factory, and often have to run with the choke partially on. To change the mixture, you have to replace or drill out the main jet. There is also an idle jet in the little black plug under the idle set screw. You may be able to pop it out and clean it real good. There are numerous threads on here about modifying the jets on clones.
