I have an Alsport project (junkyard dog) found recently on craigslist here in the bay area (SF, CA) and I'm changing some things around so the older parts are being offered up...
I'm looking for a differential that would fit so if any are out there let me know...

motor - CCW 400cc w. Reed valve intake (vintage John Deere Snowmobile)
Carb - Walbro (complete) and i think i have the rebuild kit too
Clutch - Vintage (i think, Salsbury... i'll look again) in good shape.
Bodywork - both main pieces and front fender and rear deck cover.
