Any idea what this old Rupp is?

right now all you can say is its a 12" wheeled rupp with a bunch of mis matched and incorrect parts on it. the only way to figure out what it could have once been would be to go over it with a fine tooth comb and you may get lucky with a serial number, original paint color, engine code etc. You do have a sprocket visible that wasn't used too far past 1971, with a muffler, and intake setup correct for enduro, roadster2, and swinger trail only in that wheel size and sprocket design.
Shocks are off a Fox, torque convertor cover is far from OG, rear fender mount wrong, decaling was not used till a few years later, tires and grips not stock so you cant get any info info from them either etc...
