Mine is from a 72' Fox Trail Tramp, with a diaphragm carb, (no slant correction) so will not likely work for your application. :thumbdown:

Does your bike look like this if so you should have the slanted intake if you had the original motor

ya for $40 and up I'll stick a alum block in the cnc and cut the proper angle as a slant intake has and bolt that on to a flat intake it would be like an adapter shoot if i do it right maybe i could sale a few i would rather keep my bikes original :thumbsup:

There is a member here that does that already, but I can't remember his name. He sells them on ebay for I think around 12 bucks.
I have been looking for these drop slant intakes for years, and 40 bucks delivered is a good deal, if you want the right part. I looked into having those remade at a local machine shop and it was way cost prohibitive. (kinda like your MTD gas tanks)
I bought one of those adapters for my Fox wonderbread bike, but that project has kinda stalled lately.

not seen 1 of those adapters on ebay yet also youve got to look at the intakes closely on ebay people that are selling tec intakes every 1 is calling every part rupp i think its just to draw in lookers and bidders :eek:ut::eek:ut::eek:ut:

The sellers name on ebay is hamlin57, you may want to drop him a line.
Black Widow Motorsports had a brand new one listed last night for a buy it now for 35 plus 6 shipping, if I'm not mistaken they are the ones that had them reproduced-I dont know if they will or not but since you need a few maybe they will give you a better price? or at least combine shipping.
Still, in my opinion 41 bucks to your door is worth it, for a brand new part with no hassle.

I thought about buying that 1 yesterday but i have afew $$$ in items i wanting to buy and 2 items i'll give however much it takes so til thats over with i'll see if i can aford a repo intake
