How much different than the 6.5 to mount?

8hp mount 7.7 in. L x 3.25 in. W - 3.78 in. W
6.5hp mount 6.40 in. L x 2.95 in. W - 3.17 in. W

2 cents, for free:
17lbs heavier than a 212 and not a lot more power, plus the upgrades are more for the big-block.
420cc engines are $179 or less, shipped, on the eBay, same basic setup as the 301cc 8hp.

I'm in the process of putting one on the kilowatt. I wasn't really looking for one, but got a good deal on it. ($100, very low hour, still under warranty) I put on an rlv pipe, 390 carb, and k/n. Probably end up swapping in a 390 cam too, I've heard it's a decent low buck upgrade. However , if I was in the market for a new motor, not sure if I'd pick it, probably spend a few more $ and get the 420. Although I've not seen the $180 ebay motors firepower is talking about. The ones I've seen on there are more like $300........??????
