arco mini bike need tensioner

I'm thinking putting tensioner on my arco mini bike.
Any idea where should i mount the tensioner . I don't like junk look.

I'm thinking this but where to mount?

Or this I want cut it half to mount on pedal brake.

Looks like your engine has the four holes in the side cover behind the clutch. They are usually a good spot.

why do you need a tensioner my son has that same bike minus the srub brake . his has never jumped the chain :shrug:

Yea but I want the chain tight without fall off. Also i have two brake : srub brake and rear disc brake. Srub brake it not safe. :death: :doah:

By your photo, if the engine is slid all the way forward you need to shorten the chain with a chain breaker. It should have 3/8" of play up and down when adjusted correctly. There should be four threaded holes on the left side cover. If you mount the tensioner on the bottom you can pull up on the bottom chain using a spring.

Ok I'm try that. What it look like "spring" for chain. Where can i order tensioner.
