Awwwwsssome Power in the hills!

#1
Yesterday I took my 6.5hp db-3o to our world famous enduro trails in the coastal mountain range here in western Oregon. Look up Trask Mountain trails on the web if you want to see some. There is a seven to eight mile stretch of paved logging road that off-highway vehicles are allowed on in order to access the various trails. All I can say is Minibike Heaven! I was able to run at full throttle almost the entire run! Some turns required backing down off the throttle and I found that with the extra power of the 6.5, I had to be careful about getting back on it too abruptly. Awesome power with the governor in place. It never slowed down no matter what hills I had to climb.
On some of the off-road trails, it literally roostered up narly hills, and I weigh about 180! My buddy is finishing up his doodle-6.5 clone and we both are gonna road race for 7 miles! I rode for 2 hours and still had oodles of gas left.
I had the most fun I've had since I was a kid. I'll try to get some pictures soon. cu
