Has anyone ran a briggs animal or world formula an a mini bike? Tired of the vibration of a clone and would like something unique.

Briggs & Stratton Animal is a beast on minis

My Doodle Bug has animal with many upgrades. It flies over 70mph.. I’m building it into the 354 blockzilla right now.

I have had a couple animals on minis over the years ... Your clone is probably vibrating due to bad valve train geometry .. Its a pretty simple fix

6.5 clone purchased off ebay from powerland, mikuni carb, pipe, otherwise stock. runs smooth at low rpm, shake like hell midrange then smooth out top end.
Does it have an aluminum flywheel? I put an ARP billet aluminum flywheel in a Predator and it vibrated way more than the stock heavier flywheel. The stock one could fly apart so I left the billet one in it. Just had to live with the vibes, which sucked... Yes. I have used 3 Briggs Animal engines in minibikes so far. In my opinion they are WAY better than clones or Predators. (other opinions will vary). I have a couple mini's with Animals now. I love em. Danford1
