I have a new mini bike frame long wheel base wide 6 in rear tire. I have a animal engine going in this street runner
and Im wondering should I run just a cint clutch or a torque converter from comet.

I think he is talking about drag racing but we won't know for sure until he is a little bit more descriptive...;)

For all out speed, use a good gear ratio and a centrifugal clutch. A CVT/Comet TAV/Torq-A-Verter will hold you back as parasitic engine drag but it is great for hills, rough terrain/strictly off road use and when you need the extra punch from a low gear ratio.

You can tweak the centrifugal clutch by spring weight and shoe type which controls at what RPM it engages at; that's another rabbit hole to go down. Then there's the manual clutches some that engage with a cable lever, the 3D manual clutch. I had to check to make sure they were still around. Have you seen anyone run one of these?

I built this a while back I got the power plant complete engine and comet tc
So I used it complete and put it in my street machine. One of my buddies saw it and said it didn’t make sense to have the torque converter on a street machine in the style of frame.. so that where I’m at no comet or keep comet. Bottom and mid range torque is great. Pulls the front wheel up off the ground but tops off at 35 probably my gearing.

I did front sprocket swap from 10 to 11 and tried 12. Rear is 54 and my Comet TC
For take off and top speed the 11 felt good with number 1 hole green spring.
But for low down grunt wheelie machine 10 tooth and TC number 2 hole rips just doesn’t go passed 33. With the 11 I was hitting 37 38 but there was one transition area felt like between TC shutting off and motor taking over feels like motor could use more power. With the 10 it doesn’t do this it just feels like it could use more gear lol rambling they both were fun. I don’t know how to choose between the two. lol.
