All the holes on the diaphram are not just like my casing holes. Looks like a universal diaphram. There is no upper right hole on the diaphragm; think it would be better to have a screw running thru a hole in the gasket in that location. Getting a little idle up,then slowly down then slowly up again; not surging but an un-steady idle.
