We removed Jackshaft and reversed the stock bt200x clutch. Why is it SMOKING? Please help!!!

What is smoking? The clutch?

I'd say you are pushing the limits of the gearing/clutch.

Get a 60 tooth rear sprocket and it should help. 10-50 with 19" tires is gonna be a tough pull for it. Jackshaft was there to give it low enough gearing to give you the best balance of low and top end...

If I were to do that I would order a 72 tooth sprocket from Studz racing and a longer chain. Set the governor at 4500 RPM max and have a 35 MPH street bike.

This isn’t something you want to do. Like the others said, the jackshaft was there for a reason, and that was to reduce the gearing to a ratio that actually works.
