Can anyone tell me what brand and model this is?

I dont know what it is but it looks a little strange. Is that chrome under the black paint I see shiney spots? The front fender mount seems crude and a little high. The engine plate is missing. It might be part of a project of a factory bike or maybe a custom build ?

kinda looks like a Sear's - Bird $99. minibike with the handlebars removed and chrome bicycle bars added, the motor plate and scrub brake missing.

Bird Wren with the wrong forks. Bob's right. The scrub brake and motor plate have been cut off. It also has an extra piece of strapping on the rear end.

Here's the one I had

Kinda looks like the Bird forks, tops cut off, no front fork plate, and part of the upper section welded into the lowers to make it taller.

You might be right - The wren is actually a decent looking bike -- not sure why someone would want to cut it up! Maybe they were trying to make it look more like a Bonanza --

Shouldn't too difficult to find a new set of forks if you're wanting it back to original though.

Something in that pic told me the lowers on those forks have been modified. They don't look that straight to me.

The tube just beyond his left foot... Hole on the inside towards the tire? And across from that the tube looks like a weld mess somewhat ground down.

Hard to tell with the pics, but if they did all that cutting already, the welded in fork fender bar, I wouldn't put it past whoever had it.

The rear lower frame has been pulled in a bit too. Probably tightened the axle bolt too much... Bolt?
