I'm assuming that you are referring to the choke slide rivet head being broken off? If so, YES!, they can absolutely be repaired with a hand-operated "Pop Rivet" tool. (We've repaired a few ourselves) There was a very good thread with photos on this posted last year. I'm sure someone smarter than me can post a link to it...

no. my choke is broken in half. the other half is inside the carb. since that picture i popped that rivet out and im gonna try some jbweld. :thumbsup::thumbsup:
