Can you help me ID this Mini Bike

This was my dads when he was a kid. Him and rebuilt it for a high school project 15 years or so ago I would like to figure out what it is and where I can buy or if anyone has any parts for this bike.

Welcome to OldMiniBikes , not sure what all you need for parts , but many parts are generic and available from OldMiniBikes warehouse
