Can't figure out what it is exactly

I have a Sears roebuck mini bike that I can't figure out exactly what model it is. The number on the tag is 391.80950 and the ser/date is 1176. I have searched for quite awhile now and can't seem to come up with anything. Any help would greatly be apprecieated.

Also, I would like to get some parts for it and fix it up. Where would I go for oem parts or are they even available? The gas tank needs replaced and the rear fender is missing.

Thanks for the help! Ravenwood is located in northwest Missouri. Is the hs40 tec motor worth messing with? I cleaned the carb and it started right up but died shortly after. I'm sure I could get it going with a carb rebuild, but is it worth messing with?
