chopper project

#1
I started this a few years back, got it going but was not happy with the drive system, the rear sprocket is not on center,so when the chain makes one revolution, the chain is to tight and to loose all in the same turn.need to rethink the drive set up,running a 5 hp briggs i/c stock motor..
Any comments are welcome,

happy holidays to all!!

make sure the sprocket is actually round and centered. If it's out of round, it can cause the tight/loose spot.
hey thanx,

that is the problem,i think what happend back back when is i had to redrill the sprocket holes bigger, and used a hand drill therefore the holes were slightly off, gonna get a new sprocket and see if can find a drill press this time..then set the engine back further than inteded to reduce the lenth of the chain allmost 4 feet.(no jack shaft here)

thanx for your input!!!
