Coleman ct200 u ex steering bearing replacement?

If you run your finger around the inside of the tube, under the bearing race, is there an opening or a break in the shoulder where the race is seated? Look for an opening so you can get your punch or puller into contact with the race, not the shoulder.

Ya there is a very small grove, so small I don't know about using a punch, I was hoping the puller would sit in the little pocket where the b.b.s roll
