Coleman CT200u starts then quickly stalls

#1
I have a Coleman CT200u. Most of the time nothing happens when i go to start it, every now and then it'll start for a few seconds then quickly die

Mods made:
-Governor removal
-Aluminum flywheel replacement
-Heavier springs installed

What i've done/tested:
-Cam shaft is aligned with crank
-Valve lash set at TDC, fixed from wrong lashing
-Spark plug replaced, fixed problem of difficulty pulling start cord
-Carb tested and replaced with duplicate from another bike
-Kill switch tested works fine

One thing i haven't tested was the timing of the flywheel since install, not sure if that could effect it.

Yes, i've lurked on this sub, checked out several similar posts, tried all that i could. The next step for me is i ordered a new ignition coil, will arrive tomorrow.
Any help is appreciated.

Turn the choke off, try it and time or 2 then back on.

Since you removed the governor, you have to hold the throttle slightly open, til it starts.

You can open the low speed jet to .018-.020", if you have a set of micro drill bits.
This will allow more fuel to be pulled in when starting.

Set the coil air gap to .050", and check to make sure the spark plug will fire.
If a coil is setting to close to the strong magnets, in some of these after market flywheels, it will burn up.

Here's a set of bits I use to change jet sizes, low and high.
